REFUND POLICY

1. Overview
At Lead Lion Pro, we want you to feel confident when purchasing our products and services. This Refund Policy explains when we offer refunds, which charges are non-refundable, and how to request a refund.
2. Eligibility for Refund
  1. Seven-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our system, you may request a full refund of your subscription fee within seven (7) calendar days of your initial purchase date.
  2. Refunds requested after this seven-day period are not available.
  3. Non-Refundable Usage Fees. Usage-based charges—including but not limited to SMS, phone calls, A2P messaging, carrier fees, emails, and AI usage—are not refundable under any circumstances.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the seven-day window, email [email protected] with the subject line “Refund Request – Lead Lion Pro” and include:
  • Your full name and company name
  • Account email address
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the refund request
We will review and respond within five (5) business days. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within ten (10) business days, subject to bank or card issuer processing times.
4. Subscription Cancellations
To cancel your subscription, log into your account at leadlionpro.com/portal, click the Billing tab, and select Cancel Subscription. Cancellation stops future charges but does not extend refund eligibility beyond the initial seven-day period.
